UK Sold Prices is a reading layer over HM Land Registry's Price Paid Data, operated by Digital Signet, a sole-trader business based in the United Kingdom. This site is not HM Land Registry. The authoritative UK Land Register is operated by HM Land Registry at landregistry.data.gov.uk.

Where there is any conflict between information shown on this site and the official HMLR record, the official record prevails.
